Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities End To End Responsibility For Wholesale BusinessEnd to End Accountability for growth and profitability of Wholesale Business, accountability for customer acquisition and revenue growth and end to end management of all operators, carriers and ISPs, covering all product lines for wholesale businessLead routine analysis of pricing positioning and cost to carry and ensure the segment is marked to market for pricing and optimized for net benefit maximization Lead all commercial discussion and negotiation with partners, maximizing value for Telecel whilst ensuring mutually benefit for all.Working with all shared services (finance, revenue assurance, networks) to minimize revenue leakages and ensue corrective action are taken as and when due. Identify key platforms, partnerships and collaboration for wholesale business growth.Develop segment specific proposition and campaigns, as applicable, to customer and revenue growthWork with marketing communication to develop appropriate marcoms strategy for the wholesale business Regularly review customer journey and enhance operational processes with a view to improving customer experience and satisfaction for wholesale business Establish and maintain strong business relationships with international carriers, local operators, and resellers to grow and strengthen Telecel wholesale market share.Wholesale Customer Satisfaction And ExperienceAccountability for carrier/ wholesale customer satisfaction and NPS Drive customer experience for international carriers across all channels of engagement– identifying opportunities for improvement and leading execution.Take ownership of meeting service levels for survey, delivery and incident resolution through effective co-ordination with key stake holders in the value chain, whilst ensuring adherence to OLADevelop appropriate structure for service review and service assurance optimization and collate monthly customer insights report, indicating customer satisfaction and pain points with regards to our various touch pointsPerformance ManagementOwnership of all collection KPIs and management of end-to-end process to ensure on time payment to minimize bad debt, including efficient management of payment allocation and posting, payment plans and settlement, write offs, reconciliation and adjustments and debt recoveryDesign and execute customer initiatives to improve end to end receivables management Champion effective resolution of all invoices, payment disputes, to minimize payment delays. Trade and team information dissemination and TrainingConduct teams training needs analysisLead content development and delivery of skill enhancement programs to enhance professionalism of the wholesale sales teamEffective interpretation and cascade of all value propositions and products to the teamEffective Competitor analysis and Intelligence Provide useful and effective insight on competitor’s activities as well as relevant market development and proposing pre-emptive counter measures Experience/Skill Requirements Proven leadership experience (10 years) in Telecoms industry preferably from commercial (sales, marketing and or product) Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional team and Senior Stakeholders to drive business results Strong Commercial Acumen in the Carrier and Wholesale Knowledge of ICT & telecoms services, applying this expertise in a customer-focused way to deliver business outcomes. Excellent communication skills including presenting & negotiation up to C Level audiences Ability to lead a cross-functional team to manage complex and transformational Programmes/Projects in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and growth mind-set required to succeed in the role
