The Head of Business Strategy will lead the function responsible for turning research and analytics into actionable business intelligence that powers product design, funding strategies, and partnerships.The Role’s DeliverableYou will serve as the analytical engine and strategic nerve center of Cutstruct transforming raw data, market trends, and policy shifts into clear strategic directions. Your success will be measured by the quality and impact of insights delivered to leadership and how those insights translate into market growth, operational efficiency, and investor confidence.Key Responsibilities1. Market & Industry ResearchConduct in-depth research on Africa’s housing and infrastructure finance ecosystem.Track macroeconomic, policy, and regulatory developments affecting construction finance.Benchmark industry practices and develop insight reports that inform company strategy.2. Data Analytics & Insight GenerationCollect, clean, and analyze internal and external datasets related to construction, real estate, and finance.Build financial models and interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to evaluate business performance.Translate insights into strategic recommendations that guide funding, partnerships, and expansion.3. Business & Product Strategy SupportCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, and commercial) to validate business hypotheses.Conduct market sizing, pricing analysis, and feasibility studies for new ventures.Identify and quantify opportunities for business optimization or innovation.4.
