Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Carthage. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing and training kitchen staff, creating and refining menus, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Head Chef will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Culinary skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisinesExperience in kitchen management, including staff training and inventory controlMenu creation and food presentation skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent leadership and team management skillsUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentFormal culinary education or equivalent experience is preferred
