A visionary who designs and delivers destination-led experiences that surprise, inspire, and elevate every stay. Lead and elevate all Concierge operations, ensuring flawless execution and a service culture that sets new standards. Inspire, mentor, and coordinate the Concierge team, fostering anticipation of guest needs and genuine personalised care. Curate one-of-a-kind experiences, crafted around individual guest profiles, passions, and lifestyles. Manage guest requests integrating upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance both guest satisfaction and hotel revenue. Handle guest incidents ensuring quick, elegant, and guest-centric resolutions. Champion operational excellence, aligning the team with quality, brand standards, and satisfaction goals, and developing improvement plans when needed. Explore trends and forge partnerships, introducing fresh, innovative, and exclusive experiences that keep ME Lisbon at the forefront of the luxury lifestyle segment. What are we looking for?2–3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality. Les Clefs d’Or membership (highly valued and a strong differentiator). Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus). Exceptional knowledge of Lisbon, its culture, hidden gems, and premium offerings. Experience with Opera Cloud (a plus). Strong leadership, confident decision-making, and a natural talent for connecting with people. Someone who lives and breathes luxury lifestyle hospitality, who is curious, culturally aware, and passionate about creating remarkable moments.
