This position will support the “Capital projects, Manufacturing Operations & Maintenance, and Supply Chain Management functions” in creating IT-Digital vision, strategy, and roadmap, and driving projects in these areas. What You Will Be DoingDevelop strategy and roadmap for IT-Digital Transformation Programs in Capital projects-to-O&M function for various RAK Ceramic businessesKRA:
Functionally approved Vision-2030 and 3-year rolling plan/roadmapIdentification, implementation, and adoption of projects using the latest IT-Digital technologiesInfuse innovation in Capital projects-to-O&M processes (using IT-Digital solutions) with an objective to improve plants’ productivity and reduce cost baseEnable digital handover from capital projects –> to –> plant operationsInbound to Outbound logisticsPrepare CAPEX and OPEX budget for IT-Digital projects related to Digital EPC and Smart ManufacturingOptimally utilize the ecosystem of Technology partners (large consulting companies, technology consultants, start-ups, and universities) for the benefit of the RAK Ceramics groupPlan and execute learning & development programs for Capital projects, O&M, SCM, and IT-Digital teams, for digital upskilling across the RAK Ceramics groupBe an evangelist and thought leader in IT-Digital for Industry 5.
