We are looking for Contract LeadPnr: 22027Job DescriptionA Contract Lead is responsible for client's procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements. Contract Lead holds the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers. As Contract Lead you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:
Lead contract establishment - Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)Act as commercial leader in tender processesImplement and operationalise new agreements (frame agreements and single source) Manage agreementShape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximise value for clientEnsure contract compliance, identify and manage risk (safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements)Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational tasks As Contract Lead you will conduct/facilitate strategic workshops, risk assessment, stakeholder management by working closely with the business line.
