Head Information Technology Infrastructure

We are looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure to own the reliability, performance, and cost of our on-prem / DC–DRC environments and the platforms that run our core business applications. This role will lead multiple infrastructure towers; network, systems, database, DevOps/platform, service desk/ITSM, endpoint/workplace; and ensure they operate with clear SLO/SLI, strong security baselines, and are always audit-ready. You will work closely with IT Security, Application/Development teams, and management to design infrastructure for new applications, modernize existing environments, and keep services running 24×7.Role DescriptionsYou will be responsible for end-to-end operations of our data center and disaster recovery sites, including capacity planning, HA/replication, backup/restore, and DR/BCP drills. You will orchestrate network, server, storage, database, and service desk operations under a single operating model (ITSM: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, CAB). You will drive automation (IaC, CI/CD, GitOps), observability (metrics, logs, traces), and modern release strategies (blue-green, canary). You will set and enforce baseline standards (image, patching, hardening, AD/SSO, EDR agent health, CMDB accuracy) and collaborate with Security so that controls are designed by Security but operated reliably by Infra. You will also manage vendors, telco, and DC providers, including SLA, TPRM, and cost optimization.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end availability, capacity, and cost of DC/DRC and production platforms.Lead multiple infra towers: network, systems/server, database, DevOps/platform (K8s/IaC/CI-CD), service desk/ITSM, endpoint/workplace, and infrastructure architecture.Run infrastructure operations with clear SLO/SLI and continuously improve MTTR using SRE practices and observability (metrics/logs/traces).Define and enforce baseline standards: OS images, patching & hardening (CIS), AD/SSO integration, EDR/agent health, CMDB/asset accuracy.Ensure backup/restore, HA/replication, PITR are tested and documented; run regular DR/BCP drills and meet RPO/RTO based on BIA.Manage enterprise networking: DNS/DHCP/IPAM, segmentation/VLAN, OSPF/BGP, SD-WAN/VPN, and application delivery (ADC/WAF).Drive automation and platform initiatives: Kubernetes in production, container registry/ingress, CI/CD + GitOps (GitLab/GitHub/Jenkins, Argo/Flux), IaC (Terraform/Ansible).Operate a mature ITSM process: Incident/Request/Problem/Change, CAB, major incident communication, 24×7 on-call/runbook.Review and approve infrastructure architecture for new/changed applications together with App/Dev and Security.Manage vendors and third parties (DC, telco, cloud, MSP): due diligence, SLA, performance review, and exit plans.Run capacity and lifecycle management (compute, storage, network, endpoint) and align with budgeting/FinOps.Build and develop the infrastructure team (hiring, coaching, career path) and enable cross-tower collaboration.Requirements8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure / platform engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple teams/towers (network, systems, DB, service desk) in a regulated / financial / telecom / mission-critical environment.Proven track record achieving SLO ≥ 99.9% and reducing MTTR using SRE/observability practices.Strong experience with enterprise networking: segmentation/VLAN, OSPF/BGP, SD-WAN/VPN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, operating ADC/WAF.Strong experience with systems & endpoint: Windows/Linux baseline, patching, CIS hardening, AD/SSO, endpoint/EDR agent health at scale.Solid understanding of database/platform operations: PostgreSQL/relational HA & replication, PITR/WAL, performance tuning, and schema/versioning alignment with Dev.Hands-on experience with platform/DevOps: Kubernetes in production, Docker, CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub/Jenkins), GitOps (Argo/Flux), IaC (Terraform/Ansible).Experience running ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Change, CMDB accuracy, CAB) and leading 24×7 operations / incident command.Experience with DR/BCP: defining RPO/RTO from BIA, running DR drills, and producing audit-ready evidence.Experience managing vendors and cost (DC, cloud, telco) and applying FinOps/cost guardrails.Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work closely with Security, Application/Dev, and management; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Nice to have: exposure to hybrid/on-prem + cloud environments; experience in infra architecture review for new applications.
