As a vertically integrated producer, the company controls the entire value chain – from fibre to finished fabric – serving customers in public procurement, protective workwear and technical textiles.Against the backdrop of dynamic growth and increasing operational complexity, the strategic leadership position of Director of Innovation & Processes is now being filled.Your responsibilitiesShape and implement the company’s innovation and process strategy in alignment with long term growth and sustainability objectivesDrive R&D and sustainability initiatives and ensure that innovations are successfully transferred into scalable industrial operationsFurther develop production standards, methodologies and process documentation across the full value chain (spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing)Lead the laboratory organisation, ensuring technical standards, investment planning, cost efficiency and the continuous improvement of testing systemsTake ownership of management systems and certifications and guarantee international audit readinessAct as a central interface to IT and digitalisation initiatives, defining requirements and supporting system evolutionYour ProfileCompleted degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or a comparable technical disciplineSeveral years of leadership experience within the textile industry, ideally in a vertically integrated production environmentProven expertise in innovation management, process optimisation, R&D or management systemsExperienced in handling certifications and audits within regulated industrial structuresStrategic and analytical thinker with sound technical expertise and commercial awareness, who drives change with natural authorityWe OfferA strategic key role within an internationally growing industrial organisationSignificant scope for shaping the future of the business in direct collaboration with senior managementAn attractive remuneration package including additional benefits and a structured handover phaseApply now!
