Head – IT I Odoo I ERP Implementation

NOTE: Candidates with experience in Odoo Implementation may only apply for this role.Position: Head – IT (ERP Implementation | Odoo | Digital Transformation)Location: JeddahReporting To: Executive DirectorRole Overview:The Head – IT will lead the company’s digital and ERP transformation journey, overseeing the smooth implementation and management of Odoo ERP, ensuring integration with existing systems, and driving operational efficiency across business units.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP across the organization, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems.Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms and interfaces.Ensure smooth functioning of POS systems and other IT requirements across retail stores.Monitor system performance, data synchronization, and ERP functionality across all business units.Develop and manage data analytics and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.Streamline IT operations, manage infrastructure, and ensure business continuity.Oversee website upgrades and development of digital tools for business growth.Plan and manage IT budgets and ensure cost optimization.Conduct user training programs and build IT capability within teams.Mentor and motivate IT staff to deliver high-quality internal support.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement IT-driven process improvements.Qualifications & Experience:Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo).15–20 years of overall experience in IT, with at least a few years in a leadership capacity.Soft Skills & Attributes:Team player with a problem-solving and proactive mindset.Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability.Excellent communication skills
