Head of A&R

About the Role:We’re looking for a visionary A&R leader to shape the next chapter of South Asian music. You’ll identify, sign, and guide artists, producers, and songwriters — developing roster and creative network from the ground up.What You’ll Do:Scout and sign high-potential artists and catalogs.Lead the A&R strategy across releases, label partnerships, and content.Supervise A&R Managers and Publishing A&R teams.Build creative relationships with studios, producers, and cultural tastemakers.Align with product and marketing teams on rollout plans.Requirements:7+ years in A&R, artist management, or label experience.Deep understanding of Pakistan’s music landscape.Fluent in Urdu and English (Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, or Arabic preferred).Based in or willing to relocate to Lahore HQ (3 days onsite minimum).Work CultureHQ: Lahore, Pakistan (3 days in office minimum).Flexible hybrid work environment.Multilingual, inclusive, creative-first culture.Competitive salaries with growth potential.Opportunity to shape South Asia’s next music revolution.Location: Lahore (Hybrid — 3 days onsite)
