Job Overview: Head of Accounting oversees financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and establishes internal controls for transactions and budgeting. They manage tax planning, improve accounting processes, and provide financial projections by coordinating budget preparation and data analysis across departments.Key Responsibilities:Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparationResponsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data.Manage and oversee internal and external audit processes.Qualifications:Minimum bachelor's degree in AccountingAt least 2 Years of working experience in Public Accountants.At least 4 Years of working experience as a Finance Accounting Tax Manager.Proficient in multiple accounting software and database, e.g SAP.Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, law and regulations.Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral in English is a must
