You’ll be responsible for scaling Moerie’s growth by developing and executing user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, both paid and organic.Get ready toDevelop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across 15+ channels, including META, Google Ads, and others.Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns and creative strategies to maximize ROI.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine acquisition strategies and identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce high-performing ads, landing pages, and funnels.Manage a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Foster a data-driven culture and ensure seamless collaboration with analytics, product, and retention teams.We expect you to4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and media buying in eCommerce.Proven expertise in managing both paid and non-paid acquisition channels.Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing high-performing teams.Advanced analytical mindset - skilled in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with at least one year of experience leading multiple teams.Proactive, adaptable, and fast-moving - thrives in a dynamic environment where testing and scaling never stop.Be fluent in English and LithuanianSalaryGross salary range is 5500 - 7500 EUR/month.LocationVilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
