Job Description
Oversee and manage day-to-day corporate administrative activities.Prepare, review, and maintain important documents such as contracts, correspondence, and company reports.Compile and submit periodic reports to management regarding administrative and operational matters.Organize executive meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure proper follow-up actions.Coordinate cross-departmental administrative requirements to support smooth operations.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation.Monitor administrative expenditures and assist in payment or reimbursement processes.Develop and implement administrative SOPs to ensure compliance with company standards.Provide administrative support for corporate projects, audits, and other company-wide initiatives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or corporate-level position.Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Detail-oriented, well-structured, and able to work under tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital administration systems.High level of integrity and ability to work independently or in a team.
