This role involves managing and overseeing the student admissions process, coordinating enrollment initiatives, and maintaining proactive communication with prospective families. Responsibilities include designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, providing guidance to families throughout the admissions journey, and fostering positive relationships to enhance the College's reputation. The Head of Admissions will also ensure adherence to policies and offer data-driven insights to contribute to strategic enrolment planning.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with prospective students, families, and staffStrategic thinking and marketing expertise with a background in admissions, education, or related fieldsOrganizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in data management, CRM systems, and using technology to enhance admissions processesDemonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for education and fostering a positive community cultureKnowledge or experience in independent or Anglican education settings is an advantageA relevant degree or equivalent qualification in
