Role Summary:As Head of Aftersales for Sweden, you will own the national Aftersales strategy across service, parts and accessories to drive customer loyalty, operational excellence and sustainable business growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the Aftersales organisation across the dealer network, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for quality, responsiveness and commercial performance.We want you to:Develop and deliver the Aftersales strategy to achieve commercial growth, excellent customer experience (CX) and long-term loyalty across service, parts and accessories.Lead, inspire and develop the national Aftersales team, instilling a hands-on, performance-driven culture focused on service quality, customer retention and continuous improvement.Monitor and manage dealer network performance through robust business planning, KPI tracking, reporting and best-practice sharing.Manage the collaboration with the parts & accessories supplier (e.g., Hyundai MOBIS) and the regional supply chain, ensuring smooth parts flow, regional alignment and a strong parts business.Oversee warranty, technical and operational processes to ensure compliance, cost control and high service quality.Identify and execute initiatives for digitalisation, process optimisation, and enhanced service offerings that raise retention, margin and customer satisfaction.Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance functions to align Aftersales activities with overall business objectives and brand strategy.About you:You hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) — while your hands-on Aftersales experience is what's most critical.You have substantial and practical experience in automotive Aftersales leadership (service, parts & accessories) preferably within an OEM or importer network.You demonstrate strong commercial acumen: you understand how to drive revenue and margin growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.You are experienced in leading teams and managing a network of dealers or service centres; you thrive on developing people, driving accountability and delivering results.You have a deep focus on quality and customer experience: you know how to ensure service delivery builds loyalty and enhances brand value.You are proficient in reporting, data-driven decision making and use of KPIs to drive performance.You are comfortable working across functions and managing key relationships — including with OEM headquarters, suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders.You are fluent in English and Swedish.You are proactive, adaptive, solution-oriented and eager to make an impact in a dynamic automotive aftersales environment.We offer:Culture: A role in an international comapany with great colleagues.Wellness Allowance: An annual wellness contribution to promote health and well-being.Additional Paid Leave: Five extra vacation days per year, in addition to the statutory holiday entitlement.Annual Bonus: Eligibility for a yearly performance-based bonus.Occupational Pension: A high-quality pension solution designed to ensure long-term financial stability.Enhanced Insurance Coverage: Comprehensive insurance that exceeds standard offerings.Office Refreshments: Enjoy fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and tea available daily at the office.
