Learn more about us at www.nanyangtextile.com.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area for the position of Head of AI & Data Innovation. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven and data-centric initiatives across the organization. This includes overseeing AI engineering, automation projects, data analytics platforms, and cross-functional innovation programs. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to enhance business efficiency, operational intelligence, and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company’s AI and Data Innovation strategy, including applied AI, automation, and data analytics initiatives.Supervise AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to deliver scalable, business-driven AI solutions.Oversee the development and optimization of the corporate data platform (e.g., Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, or Hybrid environments).Drive adoption of advanced analytics and predictive modeling to support decision-making across business units.Collaborate with IT, production, and business leaders to integrate AI/ML technologies into core business operations.QualificationsStrong expertise in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI Engineering.Hands-on experience in AI model development, automation process design, and deployment pipelines (MLOps).Experience managing or building data platforms such as Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, or enterprise data ecosystems.Proven experience in Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area.Advanced degree (Master’s or upper) in Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.Track record of successfully delivering AI and data innovation projects that drive measurable business value.
