Head of AI Platform-Home Air Conditioning Division

Job Description:We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development and implementation of our AI Intelligent Technology Platform for the Home Air Conditioning Division at Midea Group. This role will focus on building cutting-edge intelligent solutions across various air conditioning categories, including wall-mounted units, floor-standing units, central air conditioning, and heating systems.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Break down and implement the company's intelligent strategy, develop and execute mid-to-long-term plans and product roadmaps for the intelligent technology platform.Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and user needs to define differentiated advantages for intelligent products.Cross-functional Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch processes, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments.Resolve cross-departmental conflicts with strong influence and coordination skills, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.Team Building and Talent Development:Build, cultivate, and motivate technical talent, fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performance intelligent development team.Qualifications:Experience:10+ years of technical experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale technical platforms (e.g., AI platforms, data platforms, cloud platforms) in major internet or high-tech companies.Strategic and Operational Thinking:Strong strategic and operational mindset with deep insights into user needs and product differentiation.Ability to break down strategies and plan differentiated intelligent features and roadmaps to achieve business goals.Technical Expertise:Broad technical knowledge across multiple domains, including but not limited to intelligent hardware, operating systems, application software, cloud platforms, sensing technologies, short-range communication, voice interaction, AI algorithms, and big data.Capable of comprehensive technical planning and building robust technology barriers.Value Chain Integration:Ability to integrate the entire value chain, packaging technical capabilities into internal "products" or "services."Focus on "user" experience and feedback for continuous iteration and improvement.Leadership:Proven experience leading large-scale (hundreds of people), cross-functional (algorithms, engineering, product, data) technical teams.Expertise in agile development methodologies.Global Perspective:Broad international vision with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent.Build a high-performing team with a strong culture of innovation and collaboration.Technical Focus Areas:Intelligent hardwareOperating systemsApplication software and cloud platformsShort-range communicationVoice interactionAI algorithmsBig dataAbout Midea Group:Midea Group is a global leader in consumer appliances, HVAC systems, robotics, and industrial automation.
