Bringing people back from boredom since 1994.Parimatch is an online entertainment company with 30+ years in the game.We create digital experiences where sports, culture, and technology meet — bold, immersive, and built to engage.With 4,000+ professionals and operations in 15+ countries, Parimatch is a global ecosystem driven by performance, smart engineering, and style.Role Overview:The Head of AI Transformation is a strategic leader responsible for driving the company’s digital agenda and orchestrating the transition toward next-generation, AI-enabled business processes across HR, Finance, Legal, and other core operational functions. This manager will design, launch, and scale the Transformation Office - shaping the organisation’s digital ecosystem, partnering with external vendors, and cultivating internal “disruptor” talent. The role requires a rare combination of deep domain expertise (in Finance, HR, Marketing or several), strategic digital vision, operational pragmatism, and the ability to lead change at scale.In this role, you will:Shape and execute the company’s digital transformation strategy, in alignment with Board directives and market trends;Lead the setup, staffing, and operation of the Transformation Office—building a cross-functional, independent team of digital disruptors;Evaluate and adopt innovative technologies (with a focus on AI, automation, and digital ecosystems) that drive efficiency and create new competitive advantages;Partner with vendors for initial launches, developing a roadmap for internal capability building;Serve as a change agent - evangelise digital-first thinking across all business functions, inspiring cultural and behavioural change;Set and track KPIs, business cases, and value delivery for all digital initiatives;Identify, attract, and mentor top digital talent both internally and externally;Build strong relationships with C-suite and Board stakeholders, ensuring business alignment and executive sponsorship.Skills you’ll need to bring:Proven experience in digital leadership roles, ideally within multinational or transformation-focused environments;Demonstrated track record of delivering complex digital/AI-enabled projects in HR, Finance, Operations or related operational domains;Strong knowledge of digital technologies, platforms (AI/ML, automation, RPA), and their business applications;Experience sourcing, contracting, and collaborating with technology vendors;Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills;Fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian;Strategic, disruptive, and entrepreneurial mindset;An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is preferred.We care about you:Vacation: We care about your well-being and offer flexible vacation options tailored to your location.Sick Leave Allowance: Your health is our priority.
