Job Description

ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities Review and understand – Application Support Process and Implementation of it. Co-Ordinate with different vendor and partners for nearly 100% Uptime. Review and Manage SLA for Support Tickets and Governance with Vendor/Partner on Support Delivery Support core application i.e Terminal Operating System along with Non-Core applications too. Cyber Compliance of all Production Application – Alignment with BU Cyber Team and Group Cyber Team Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and database associates for system availability Manage Support Resources across Sites and Co-ordinate with local Site IT Heads Schedule and Plan activities with dependencies - POA (Point/Plan of action with each vendor and business) High Level Reports and Documentation – UAT Support – Release Management – Application Life ManagementQualificationsExperience & Educational RequirementsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a premier instituteProject Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plusRelevant Experience(no. of years of technical,15+ years of experience in Application Support7+ years of IT leadership where ability to manage large scale IT portfolio is clearly demonstratedfunctional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)Prior experience in Ports & Logistics IT systems and applications is preferable.Audit exposure or any certification is preferred.Support or manage 24/7 roster is required.
