Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage cross-functional team across Software Engineering, QA, AI, and Data, building RegASK’s flagship regulatory intelligence platform. Drive engineering strategy, product architecture, and AI integration, transforming complex compliance workflows into intelligent, automated SaaS solutions. Architect scalable systems using React. js, Node. js, Python, and MongoDB, aligned with enterprise security and data protection standards.

Spearhead the integration of LLMs and AI pipelines, enabling real-time insights and risk assessments across global regulations. Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and regulatory experts to align technology with long-term business strategy and market expansion. Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps workflowsDrive team performance and capability through mentorship, hiring, and structured career development. Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.
