We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.RoleJob DescriptionYou will be able to proactively direct and develop the Asset Owners (“AO”) business lines in Asia. Drive new business development, revenue growth and service line expansion in line with the business strategy. Ensure that the teams, tools, and processes deployed in service delivery are optimal and fit-for-purpose. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangementQualificationsDegree in Accounting, Law, Business Management or a related field, and at least one internationally recognised, relevant professional qualification15+ years’ experience in Capital Markets, a portion of which at senior leadership. Proven experience in commercial roles with track record of client management and achievement of commercial targetsExtensive experience in related field, i.e. high-value family offices and SWFs.Understanding of business process management and optimisation, as well as the principle of continuous improvementFluent English, knowledge of a second language (e.g. Chinese, Japanese etc.) would be an assetAdditional InformationAt IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
