Best Fried Chicken is looking for Head of BFCPosition SummaryThe Head of BFC (Operations Head) is directly responsible for the overall operational performance, cost control and service excellence of all BFC outlets. This role ensures that company standards, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are achieved at every location. The Head of BFC is held fully accountable for outlet sales, cost control, manpower performance, and brand consistency across the network.Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka (with frequent field visits)Reports To: ChairmanCore ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for daily operations, performance, and cost control across all BFC outlets.Ensure every outlet consistently meets company standards for food quality, customer service, hygiene, and brand presentation.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through disciplined execution and active leadership.Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to maximize outlet profitability.Lead and hold outlet managers and supervisors accountable for operational KPIs and staff discipline.Conduct regular visits and audits to verify compliance with operational procedures, food safety, and service standards.Ensure timely coordination with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Marketing teams for uninterrupted operations.Recruit, train, and develop outlet management teams to maintain a high-performance culture.Drive continuous improvement in outlet performance through innovation, process optimization, and staff motivation.Report operational results, challenges, and improvement plans directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Experience RequirementsAt least 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fast Food ShopAdditional RequirementsMinimum 8 years of hands-on operations leadership experience, preferably in Quicke Service Restaurant, or FMCG sectors.Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Deep knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and service management.Excellent communication and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.
