You’ll be responsible for shaping how the company shows up in the UK — from brand positioning and narrative through to campaigns that build recognition and drive pipeline. Working closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and product, you’ll turn insight into strategy and strategy into action.What you’ll be doingDevelop and own the UK brand strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and commercial goalsTranslate positioning into creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demandPartner with cross-functional teams to embed brand consistency across every touchpointLead the creation of compelling content and storytelling that differentiates the business in the marketUse data and insights to measure effectiveness and continually optimise performanceManage agency partners and freelancers to deliver exceptional creative and brand executionRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience building or transforming a brand in a high-growth B2C, B2B or SaaS or Marketplace environmentA hands-on brand builder — equally comfortable defining strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver itDemonstrable track record of driving measurable commercial impact through brand activityStrong grasp of how brand and demand generation work together across the full funnelExperience partnering closely with founders, execs, or senior leadership to shape strategic directionCreative thinker with excellent storytelling ability and strong visual judgmentCommercially minded, data-informed, and motivated by impact rather than processComfortable operating in fast-moving, lean environments with minimal bureaucracyNatural collaborator who thrives in ambiguity, builds momentum, and gets things doneExperience leading or mentoring small, high-performing teams or managing agency partnersInterview ProcessIntroductory conversation with the CMOBrand strategy discussion with the VP of MarketingFinal interview with members of the leadership team
