With an expanding portfolio of 50+ SKUs across dairy, condiments, and specialty categories, V-Rich is redefining the standards of authentic, wholesome, and sustainable foods for the modern Indian household.Role OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Branding to lead the strategic and creative development of the V-Rich brand. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in brand strategy, communication design, digital engagement, and consumer insights, preferably within the FMCG, D2C, clean-label, or guilt-free products and desserts domain. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical acumen, and leadership excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & IdentityDevelop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.Establish and maintain a strong, unified brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.Define brand architecture, positioning, tone, and visual language for the entire product portfolio.Develop a compelling brand narrative that emotionally resonates with consumers and fosters lasting recall.Marketing Communications & CampaignsConceptualize and drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.Supervise creative ideation, content production, and storytelling to ensure alignment with brand ethos.Collaborate with media and creative agencies for the effective execution of brand initiatives.Analyze campaign results and brand performance metrics to refine communication strategies.Digital Branding & ContentStrengthen brand presence across digital platforms, e-commerce channels, and social media.Oversee high-quality content creation to enhance storytelling and consumer engagement.Leverage influencer partnerships and data analytics to improve reach and brand affinity.Product & Packaging DevelopmentPartner with the product and design teams to ensure packaging and visual design reflect brand identity.Lead branding initiatives for new product launches, including naming, packaging, and go-to-market campaigns.Leadership & CollaborationBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing branding and creative team.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams.Foster innovation, creativity, and accountability within the department.Consumer & Market InsightsConduct in-depth market research to track category trends, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning.Translate insights into actionable brand strategies for growth and differentiation. Required Skills & CompetenciesProven expertise in brand management, creative strategy, and marketing leadership.Strong creative instincts with the ability to transform insights into compelling brand narratives.Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and media planning.Experience with FMCG, D2C, clean-label, or guilt-free products/desserts is highly desirable.An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate brand health and campaign effectiveness.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. QualificationsMBA/PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communication from a reputed institute.Minimum 10 years of experience in brand or marketing leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior capacity.Experience in FMCG, D2C, or health & wellness food categories is preferred
