The Head of Business Development – Travel (Attraction) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the attraction portfolio by acquiring, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with attraction operators, ticket suppliers, and destination partners. This role leads commercial strategy, negotiates contracts, and ensures competitive, high-quality attraction products that align with business objectives and market demand.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to grow attraction products and revenue.Identify & acquire new attraction partners, destinations, and commercial opportunities.Drive expansion of attraction categories, including theme parks, museums, events, tours, and experiences.Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, commissions, and contracts with attraction partners.Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners and suppliers.Define pricing strategies and promotional frameworks to maximize sales and margin.Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor offerings to maintain competitiveness.Monitor product performance, revenue, and profitability; take corrective actions when required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.Over 5years of experience in business development roles within travel Business.Proven track record in partner acquisition, revenue growth, and contract negotiation.
