If you have extensive experience in business partnering, finance, or commercial strategy, we invite you to join COWI and shape the future of our finance organisation.Lead finance partnering for Business Development and shape COWI's futureAs Head of Business Development Finance, you will be the finance business partner and advisor to the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and lead a small team supporting the business development organisation. You and your team will provide strategic analysis, actionable recommendations, and decision support to improve business performance. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A and Value Steering, you will connect strategy to execution, ensuring that commercial and operational decisions align with COWI’s growth objectives.Your key responsibilities will be to:Act as a trusted advisor to the CBDO, guiding key strategic decisions across geographies and sectors. Aid development and support the execution of the commercial strategy, creating coordinated and aligned efforts to grow both top- and bottom-line performance. Ensure optimal resource allocation of commercial efforts between sectors and geographies to maximise value creation. Develop and mature our pricing excellence. Monitor and analyse project and business performance and translate insights into actionable measures to meet targets. Support execution of the commercial strategy, improving overall commercial performance. Enable functional transformation by enhancing finance business partner capabilities, promoting a performance-driven culture, and elevating ownership of key financial metrics. Your skills. Our team. Extensive experience in business partnering, financial strategy, or commercial roles within a global or multi-sector organisation. High initiative, personal motivation, and ability to deliver tangible business results.
