Penston Group is looking for Head of Business Development (IELTS)Job Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and implement strategic plans to increase IELTS admissions and registrations.Lead, motivate, and train the business development and counselling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional strategies to enhance brand presence.Maintain strong relationships with agents, educational partners, and internal departments.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to design data-driven marketing and sales initiatives.Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic Teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics, sales achievements, and growth strategies for management review and approval.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Management (MBM)Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)Skills Required: Education Counseling, Education Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Sales Training, Market Analysis, Education and Training, Networking and communication, Sales Team Leadership, Promotion and BrandingExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Training Institutes,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Educational Technology (Edtech) StartupJob LocationDhaka
