This U.S.-based executive will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving high-impact partnerships across geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global out-licensing strategy for Innorna’s therapeutic pipeline and platform-enabled assetsIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate licensing and co-development deals with biopharma partnersBuild and manage a robust network of potential partners globallyCollaborate cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, regulatory, platform and marketing teams to shape deal strategy and readinessRepresent Innorna at high-level BD discussions, conferences, and investor forumsProvide strategic input to the CEO and executive team on BD priorities and market dynamicsQualifications8+ years of BD experience in biotech/pharma, with a strong track record in out-licensing or asset partneringDeep understanding of RNA medicines, delivery technologies, and their scientific/commercial potentialProven success in leading complex BD transactions from sourcing to closeStrong global network and presence in the U.S. biotech ecosystemStrategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAdvanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent)
