Head of Business Development / SalesAbout the Company A rapidly growing AI technology company transforming how organizations communicate and operate. The platform automates high-volume interactions at scale, supporting millions of users and driving strong recurring revenue growth.The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced sales leader to own pipeline generation and build a world-class business development function. You’ll define outbound strategy, lead a growing BDR team, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to create predictable, scalable revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the BDR team; recruit, train, and coach top performersDesign and execute outbound strategy across ICPs, messaging, and sequencingPartner with Marketing and RevOps to align on lead quality, workflows, and reportingDrive consistent achievement of SQL and opportunity targetsTranslate market feedback into go-to-market improvementsRequirements6+ years of B2B SaaS or AI tech sales experience2+ years managing BDR or SDR teams in high-growth environmentsProven success scaling outbound processes and exceeding pipeline goalsStrong operational and data-driven mindsetExperience selling to complex or regulated industries is a plusIf interested, please send your resume to jt@searchability.com
