Identify areas for improvement in business processes and develop/implement solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Provide training and support to business teams on best practices, processes, and tools to drive business growth. Develop and implement Business metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and innovation. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Operations, or related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
