A Snapshot of Your DayJoin us as the Head of Business Improvement and Strategic Projects within our Offshore Construction team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renewable energy. Imagine leading a dynamic team focused on managing internal improvement projects and strategic initiatives that drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for ensuring our construction processes are continuously updated and improved, while also preparing and managing key construction management meetings. Collaborating closely with various functions, you will support long-term capacity planning and act as a coach to empower your team, fostering a high-performance culture in our new organizational setup.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead construction-related improvement projects and strategic initiatives that shape the future of Offshore construction.Oversee the process landscape in construction, ensuring it remains current and continuously enhanced.Prepare and manage construction management meetings and the internal communication strategy for the head of construction.Collaborate with connected functions in construction to implement improvements and support long-term capacity planning.Lead a team of high potentials primarily located in Germany and Denmark, reporting directly to the global head of Construction.Act as a coach and sparring partner for your team, enabling a high-performing environment that drives structural improvements.What You BringHold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven consulting experience.Proven experience in the wind energy sector (would be an advantage).Leadership experience in building high-performing teams.Passionate about shaping the future of offshore construction and have a continuous improvement mindset.You are a role model who leads by example, demonstrating courage in action, openness in communication, and transparency in decision-making.Ability to identify and address opportunities and weaknesses within the business and your team.You can communicate confidently in English across all organizational levels, from site to senior management.About The TeamBecome a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
