Deine AufgabenBI Strategy & Leadership: Define and proactively execute the Business Intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and enabling data-driven decision-making across all business unitsData Management: Oversee data collection, integration, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systemsReporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management and key stakeholdersPerformance Analytics: Analyze business performance, identify trends, and generate recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and growthCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into analytical solutionsTechnology & Tools: Manage BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance reporting capabilitiesTeam Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvementAd-hoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for strategic projects, business reviews, and executive presentationsDein ProfilExperience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with proven experience in a leadership roleEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related disciplineTechnical Skills: Strong expertise in BI tools (esp.
