You will report to the Production Director RTW, Quality and Business Analytics. You will play a vital role in aligning business processes with strategic goals, improving cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable results by:Develop and apply frameworks to evaluate business process initiatives against strategic prioritiesTranslate business goals into actionable plans with clear performance metricsLead process improvement projects and ensure smooth implementation across teamsBuild and maintain a KPI framework aligned with strategic and departmental objectivesDeliver insights through dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisionsOversee key operational processes including production order placement, demand forecasting, and capacity planningSafeguard data quality and consistency across systemsAct as a strategic link between the team and senior stakeholders to align priorities and resourcesEnsure team efforts align with collection calendars and company deadlines, offering hands-on support when neededLead, coach, and develop direct reports in line with Acne Studios’ core competenciesWHO YOU AREYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
