Today IST has grown into a multinational company with several hundred employees and over 5 million users daily.About the RoleAs the Head of Business Region Denmark at IST Group, you will oversee all activities related to sales and customer success within IST Denmark. You will take lead and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance and budgeting as well as ensuring that all personnel and resources are managed effectively.Establishing good communication and cooperation with colleagues locally as well as with the group is also a part of your responsibility. As the Head of Business Region Denmark you will be a key person in taking the company to the next level.Main responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales and customer success organization at IST Denmark, consisting of around 40 skilled employees across 2 officesDevelop and implement business plans and strategies aligned with the overall company goals and objectivesDrive growth - Plan cost-effective operations and market development activitiesTake leadership and oversee a generational change, align IST Denmark with the group –One ISTCollaborate and build long-term relationships with stakeholders, business partners and authoritiesLead the daily operations in Denmark - foster a high-performance culture and ensure a positive work environmentRequirements:Proven experience in a senior sales role within the IT, SaaS or Edtech industryBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management or a related fieldExcellent leadership and team management skills, experience in change managementExtensive network within municipalities and/or schools in DenmarkAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and drive organizational growthStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDanish and EnglishWhy IST Group?When it comes to education, we believe that only the best is good enough.
