This senior leadership position will be responsible for sales strategy, client acquisition, investment mobilization, and overall business performance across the Group’s investment and wealth management portfolios. Key Responsibilities· Lead and manage the Group’s wealth management and sales teams.· Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable growth.· Oversee investment mobilization and portfolio expansion.· Drive product innovation and market penetration.· Represent the company in client, stakeholder, and industry engagements. Qualifications & Experience· Proven track record in investment mobilization, business growth, and relationship management.Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in Asset or Wealth Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.· Excellent understanding of financial markets and the regulatory environment.· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.· Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (CFA, MBA, or similar certification is an added advantage).
