As we continue to grow globally, we are entering an exciting phase where product excellence, responsible production and long-term business clarity play a central role in shaping our future.We are looking for a Head of Buying, Production & Sustainability - a key leader who will elevate our entire product organization across buying, production, quality and sustainability. This role sits on our management team and reports directly to the CEO.This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives where creativity meets commerciality and where structure, insight and responsible growth go hand in hand.What You’ll DoYou will lead the full product value chain - from strategic assortment planning to global production, sustainability and governance, building an organization and a way of working that is robust, scalable and future-ready. Lead our strategic product strategy You will drive Mini Rodini’s product strategy across NOOS, collections and collaborations, building scalable structures and ensuring all decisions are rooted in insight, data and our brand direction. Own Buying & Assortment Planning You will lead our assortment strategy and product matrix, securing a profitable, relevant and insight-driven product mix in close partnership with our Buying Controller and CFO. Lead Global Production & Supply Chain Execution You will oversee our global supplier base, ensuring delivery precision, quality and cost efficiency while continuously improving supply chain performance. Operational governance & order execution You will lead Production Managers responsible for operational PO execution, ensuring all orders meet margin, costing and MOQ requirements and approving any deviations. Champion Quality & Compliance You will secure consistently high product quality and lead quality assurance, risk management and continuous improvement across suppliers and production partners. Drive Sustainability & Responsible Production You will integrate sustainability into every part of the product value chain with and lead progress with our Sustainability & Quality Manager toward Mini Rodini’s goals around materials, climate, transparency and HRDD. Lead and develop the organization You will lead and grow teams across Buying, Production, Quality and Sustainability, fostering clarity, accountability and continuous improvement. Be a central cross-functional partner You will collaborate closely with Creative, Commercial, Finance, Logistics and IT/ERP to align direction, integrate insights and develop processes that support efficient, scalable growth.Who You AreYou are a grounded, strategic and hands-on leader with a deep understanding of global fashion production and a strong commitment to responsible business. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments and know how to create clarity, stability and momentum. We believe you bring: 8–10+ years of leadership experience in buying, production or supply chain within fashion. Experience driving transformation and building scalable structures. Strong analytical and commercial acumen. A global production background (Asia + Europe) with proven ability to secure quality, timing and cost. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, textile value chains and social compliance. Experience leading teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
