NEW求人番号:JN -102025-195274 掲載日:2025-11-19Head of C&BGlobal C&B role @ big manufacturing Japanese company1000 - 1800 万円 東京 人事 労務&福利厚生募集要項会社概要 同社は、日本の半導体メーカーであり、マイコンやシステムLSIなどの製品を提供しています。組み込みシステムや自動車関連、産業機器、ホームエレクトロニクスなど、幅広い分野でのアプリケーションに使用されています。特に自動車分野では、車載マイコンやドライバー支援システム、車載ネットワークなどの技術を提供し、先進的な車両エレクトロニクスの開発に貢献しています。また、エネルギー効率の向上や環境負荷の軽減を目指した製品も展開しており、持続可能な社会の実現にも取り組んでいます。業務内容日本市場における報酬および福利厚生(C&B)戦略の主導を担当し、現地の規制およびグローバルな企業ガイドラインとの整合の確保をお任せします。また、関連する取締役会報酬委員会の範囲内で、幹部報酬に関するVP、C&Bの直接サポートもお願いします。━━Responsibilities━━Compensation & Benefits AdministrationDesign, implement, and manage compensation structures, including base pay, bonus, and benefits programs tailored for the Japan market.Ensure local C&B practices align with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and market competitiveness.Executive Compensation SupportPartner with the VP, C&B to prepare and coordinate materials for the Compensation Committee, focusing on executive remuneration frameworks.Conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and provide recommendations to inform executive pay decisions.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless administration of compensation and benefits programs.Engage with the Labor Union for the implementation and amendment of compensation policy and programs.Program ManagementLead on the coordination of global compensation programmes, including the Company’s annual compensation planning cycle, working alongside C&B colleagues in other regions.Evaluate existing C&B programs for effectiveness, cost efficiency, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of C&B specialists, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.Set team objectives, identify development opportunities, and implement strategies to build functional expertise.Compliance & Risk ManagementMonitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and global corporate governance, working with relevant advisors as needed.Communication & TrainingDevelop and deliver comprehensive communications and training materials in both English and Japanese to ensure employee understanding of C&B programs.Act as the subject matter expert for queries regarding compensation frameworks, benefits policies, and executive compensation processes.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━#spotlightjob4応募条件7年以上の報酬および福利厚生経験、そのうち3年以上の管理職またはマネジメント経験エグゼクティブ報酬の専門知識(ベンチマークおよび報酬委員会の意思決定を支援するための関連資料の準備を含む)複数の複雑なプロジェクトを管理する実績、強い注意力と正確性ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル給与 1000 - 1800 万円勤務地 東京BRSコンサルタントCindy WongCorporate Servicesメールでお問い合わせ
