ACG_3160_JOBOur client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.Job descriptionsPortfolio Strategy & Profitability ManagementLead strategies to grow the existing card portfolio and enhance customer usage, spending, and balance growth.Ensure profitability through ongoing performance monitoring and yield optimization across multiple channels.Manage EOP balance, revenue growth, and customer engagement programs to meet business objectives.Customer Lifecycle & RetentionOversee customer lifecycle management to improve engagement, retention, and customer value.Design targeted campaigns to minimize attrition and strengthen customer loyalty.Program Development & ExecutionDevelop and execute “Loan on Card” programs, balance conversion, and installment transactions through the call center and digital channels.Define card usage themes and spending categories to drive targeted growth and align with the Bank’s business goals.Merchant & Partnership ManagementBuild and manage merchant alliances and co-branded promotions to expand the Bank’s partner network.Coordinate with marketing teams to execute joint promotions and enhance brand visibility across merchant locations.Analytics & Performance TrackingManage portfolio analytics, tracking key metrics such as activation, usage, balance, attrition, and profitability.Conduct regular performance reviews by segments and programs to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration & GovernanceWork closely with internal departments to finalize annual budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.Manage end-to-end process governance for all card-related programs, ensuring compliance, timely updates, and operational excellence.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and inspire a team of 16 to deliver high performance and strong execution.Promote a results-driven culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.Relevant Knowledge & ExpertiseDeep understanding of card products, portfolio management, and the retail banking business.Proven experience in developing and executing card portfolio strategies within leading local or international banks.Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management, risk control, and profitability analysis.SkillsStrategic thinking and business planning capabilities.Excellent analytical, numerical, and data-driven decision-making skills.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English fluency required).Ability to manage conflicts, take ownership, and lead complex projects under pressure.Team player with high energy, confidence, and a growth mindset.ExperienceMinimum 10 - 12 years of experience in the Card Business, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Core CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Effective coordination, influence, and execution skills.Contact: Huong DoDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
