About the role Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead all things Category & Insights. Create and embed the Category Vision that sets the direction for future growth Partner with major grocery retailers to drive range, space and shopper solutions that grow the category.Turn complex data into powerful, commercial stories that influence decisions.Be the trusted advisor internally and externally, shaping innovation, portfolio, and strategy.Lead and mentor a talented category team, lifting capability across the business.Lead a team of Category Managers while also having responsibility for the organisations largest category. About you You’re a category gun who knows your way around scan data, shopper insights and range reviews, but you’re also commercially sharp and people-savvy. You’ll bring:Strong FMCG category or insights experience (ideally with exposure to major grocery customers).A proven ability to influence at all levels, backed by data and storytelling.A collaborative style and a knack for making complexity simple.A curious mind and a genuine passion for food and brands.Enjoy working with a high energy and vibrant team!
