In this on-site role, you will oversee strategic business development, foster client relationships, and drive organizational growth. Key responsibilities include managing teams, identifying and securing high-caliber talent, and ensuring alignment with company' service excellence. QualificationsExperience managing a sales and service branch of an international company, preferably in machine tool manufacturing, components, or special machineryProven experience in sales of machine tools, construction, or similar technical products with a focus on the Chinese marketDeep understanding of the Chinese machine tool market, including competitors, customer needs, regional differences, and opportunitiesAbility to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve common goals as an empathetic team playerSolid understanding of machine tools' technical aspects, with a technical or commercial university degree and several years of sales management in a technological environmentFluent in Mandarin and English; capable of engaging both local teams and global stakeholders
