Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, you’ll lead a team to deliver first-class commercial insights, business partner to Senior Stakeholders, performance reviews & financial planning & analysis. This is your opportunity to work closely with leadership to drive commercial success in a dynamic & market leader.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic insights to influence critical business decisions.Develop pricing models that align with business objectives and market trends.Deliver tailored financial dashboards and reporting for clients.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts.What We’re Looking For:Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance Level (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.Proven experience in senior FP&A or commercial finance roles, within FMCG or Retail industries.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.A strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Leadership experience and a passion for team development.
