This role comes with a clear and achievable path to Finance Director.The RoleYou’ll lead a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team, delivering world-class insights, planning, and analysis across the business.Key areas of focus:Own and drive all FP&A activity, including forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.Partner directly with the CFO, CEO and Exec leadership team to influence growth and performance.Deliver true commercial insights and support key business decisions.Lead business case analysis for new products, investments and strategic projects.Drive innovation, automation and strategic finance initiatives across the business.Use data and BI tools to turn insight into action and influence change.Build strong relationships across the business, challenging and supporting senior leaders.Present and influence at board level, driving strategic and commercial decision making.Your ProfileWe’re looking for a bright, strategic and humble finance leader, someone passionate about people, commercial finance and growth.You’ll likely be on a fast track in your career and ready for a bigger challenge, with the confidence and potential to step into a Finance Director role in time.Key requirements:Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong FP&A and commercial finance backgroundExperience within consumer-focused sectors such as eCommerce, Retail or FMCGCommercial mindset and innovative approachAdvanced Excel and Power BI skillsComfortable presenting at board level and influencing senior stakeholdersCompensation: £95,000 – £115,000 + Exceptional Benefits and Flexible WorkingEmployment Type: Full-timeFunctions: Finance | FP&A | Strategy
