Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercial marketing strategies to generate additional revenue through events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities.Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale events, themed campaigns, and brand collaborations that drive traffic and elevate the shopping experience.Identify and secure new business opportunities with external partners, brands, and agencies to expand commercial value and brand exposure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leasing, operations, digital marketing, and tenant relations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Oversee annual marketing calendars, budget planning, and ROI analysis to ensure efficiency and profitability of all marketing activities.Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve department goals and drive creative excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in marketing, event management, or commercial development, preferably in retail, shopping mall, or entertainment business.Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in monetizing marketing activities.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinker with a strategic approach and hands-on execution capability.Good command of English communication.
