Head of Compliance – AFM Authorisation Experience Required

We are working with a leading financial services firm that operates through broker dealer firms globally. They are looking to hire a Head of Compliance, on a temp to perm basis, to take them through the authorisation process with the Dutch regulator (AFM) as the business continues to expand globally.Suitable candidates will have previous experience taking a firm through this authorisation process and must also have a strong knowledge of Digital Assets.Job Requirements:Minimum of 10 years working within Compliance with a strong background across brokerage & digital assets.Must have previous experience of taking a similar firm through the authorisation process with the AFM.Regulatory liaison experience, essential.Excellent knowledge of crypto asset custody & tokenised securities.Proven experience building our a Compliance function from scratch.Hands-on approach, must be comfortable working autonomously within a start-up environment.Unless otherwise stated, candidates must have the right to work in the EU.The CLARC Guarantee – we 100% guarantee that your CV will never be sent to a client without your prior expressed permission so all of your details are totally secure with us.
