Lead the expansion of the DFSA license to include custody and investment management. Manage relationships with regulators, banks, and financial partners. Advise leadership on compliance risks and opportunities. Ensure policies comply with DFSA and global standards. Embed compliance into technology workflows. Track compliance effectiveness through metrics.Financial CrimeOversee detection, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activities. Ensure timely submission of STRs/SARs. Lead remediation actions for audit findings and alert backlogs.BusinessCollaborate with product, tech, and commercial teams for market entries and launches. Anticipate regulatory risks and implement safeguards. Promote automation and innovation in compliance processes. Support business growth with strong controls.Essential ExperienceAt least 7+ years of experience in compliance within fintech, payments or wealth.In-depth understanding of DFSA regulatory requirements related to Custody, Client Assets, and Investment Services, or equivalent frameworks (CASS / COBS / MiFID).Strong track record of embedding compliance requirements into technology ecosystems and product lifecycles.Exposure to compliance environments across Europe or MENADesirable ExperienceExperience designing and implementing new compliance frameworks for custody or cash management products.
