DutiesCryptocurrency and virtual asset regulation within Ghana’s evolving legal landscapeLicensing and compliance advisory under the Bank of Ghana (BoG) and Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) frameworksAnti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) and reporting obligationsCollaboration or engagement history with EOCO, FIC, and BoG in similar fintech or crypto contextsOur objective is to establish a long-term legal partnership to guide HodlPay through:Compliance documentation, risk assessments, and licensing applicationsPolicy development (AML/KYC, data protection, consumer protection, etc.)Regulatory liaison and ongoing advisory supportSkillsDegree MinimumMinimum of 5 years experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environments.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Proficient in using compliance monitoring and reporting software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience liaising with regulatory bodies and handling compliance audits.Location , AccraNOTE: Candidates should have experience in Crypto & Fintech.
