Head of Construction Operations

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager.We are an international real estate development company with an expanding portfolio in Athens, seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our development operations.The position involves full responsibility for managing residential construction projects including coordination with contractors and suppliers, supervision of site activities, cost and schedule control, and ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.The selected candidate will work closely with one of the company’s founders and will lead the execution and planning process from start to completion.We offer the opportunity to take a key role and grow within a well-established international real estate development company with extensive operations.
