Job Description

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.How You'll Impact:Strategic Leadership & Network Governance.You lead Business Excellence department, defining and executing the regional strategic agenda - while connecting and aligning key stakeholders. As a sparring partner to the C-Level and Management Team, you ensure focus and impact across functions and regions, shaping how the company drives excellence, growth, and strategic priorities. You orchestrate collaboration between Business Services Teams, Consulting and the Management Team, ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth delivery of key initiatives. You represent Business Excellence in leadership forums, driving visibility, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the wider network.Business Development & Commercial Excellence. You drive business and pipeline development as well as commercial processes, ensuring strategic consistency and measurable impact across regions. From enhancing pipeline quality, reports and tools to improving commercial standards and processes, you ensure the BD function operates at best-in-class level. Together with your team, you steer and monitor the overall BD performance agenda and deliver commercial capability initiatives to strengthen commercial excellence across offices.Corporate Development.You manage strategic roadmap and expansion initiatives, conducting market entry assessments, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic objectives into action. Together with your team, you lead strategic, cross-functional projects that strengthen growth and organizational maturity. You derive and share best practices across countries, fostering collaboration and knowledge transfer across the network. You also drive the preparation of regional conferences, creating executive-level materials and coordinating workstreams. Further you support senior leadership with ad hoc analyses and strategic presentations.Team Leadership.You lead and develop a high-performing team of business and strategy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. You set clear priorities for the department, define objectives, and create an environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and growth. By leading, mentoring and coaching team members, you empower them to deliver measurable impact across all areas of responsibility and to represent values throughout the network.What You'll Bring:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.at least 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or operations management, ideally in an international and consulting-related environment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or department head role.proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives across complex networks.analytical strength, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, operating confidently with senior leaders and C-level executives.high level of integrity, discretion and emotional intelligence, together with exceptional communication complete your interpersonal and relationship-building skills.fluent in English and German.you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
