Valuing an entrepreneurial culture of diversity and inclusion, we are seeking driven individuals to join our fast-growing regional team as we push the boundaries of innovative fintech solutions. What will you be doing:Leading the full lifecycle of corporate development projects, including fundraising, M&A, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives with internal and external stakeholdersBuild financial models and participate in financial planning and analysisConduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and due diligenceProduce high-quality business proposals, presentations, and relevant write-upsBuild and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including investors and banksLead and participate in ad-hoc projectsWorking alongside senior leadership RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in strategic, operational, or analytical environments such as Corp Dev, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or VC preferably in Fintech or TechExperience in partnering with cross-functional teams and navigating communications with internal and external stakeholdersSkillfulness to formulate business opportunities thoroughly, propose sound business cases and drive progressStrong versatility and quick learnerEntrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFamiliarity with the APAC region (especially SEA)
