A reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for Head of Creative (up to AVP)Key PointsJob Grade: up to AVPJob Description / ResponsibilityKey Job Responsibilities:Lead the creative vision and execution of all marketing, brand, and communication materials across digital and traditional platforms.Guide and mentor the in-house creative team to deliver compelling concepts, designs, and campaigns that enhance brand equity.Collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to translate strategic goals into powerful creative ideas.Oversee creative production for advertising, digital campaigns, corporate events, and internal communication.Ensure alignment of all creative outputs with brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies to ensure quality, timeliness, and brand consistency.Stay ahead of design, content, and technology trends to keep the brand’s creative expression fresh and engaging.Job Location: Head Office, DhakaEducational RequirementsMastersMaster’s in any discipline from any reputed University with no third division in academic records.Experience RequirementsAt least 6 year(s)Additional RequirementsMinimum 6 (six) years’ of working experience in creative direction, advertising, or brand communication—preferably within the banking, financial services, or corporate sector.Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.Strong aesthetic sense with excellent understanding of brand communication principles.Proficiency in creative software and digital content production will be an added advantage.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Job LocationDhaka
